Welcome to Festify (the “Site”). By browsing the Site or placing an order you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Who we are

Festify.

2. Your account

You sign in with your mobile number and a one-time password (OTP). You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your device and OTPs private. You must provide accurate name, address and contact details so we can deliver your order.

3. Products and prices

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). The price you see on the product page is the price of the product; delivery charges, if any, are shown before you pay.
• We try to display colours and images accurately, but your screen may render them slightly differently. Decorative items are sold as described and pictured; accessories shown for styling are not included unless stated.
• If a price or description is wrong because of an obvious error, we may cancel the affected order and return what you paid.
• Product availability is shown on the product page. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will tell you and return any amount you paid.

4. Orders

An order is accepted when you receive an order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order for reasons such as stock or pricing errors, an undeliverable address, suspected fraud or misuse of coupons.

5. Payment

Online payments (UPI, cards, net banking, wallets) are processed by Razorpay Software Private Limited, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. We never see or store your card or bank details.

6. Coupons and offers

Coupons are subject to their stated conditions (minimum order value, expiry, usage limits) and cannot be exchanged for cash. A coupon linked to a mobile number can be used only by that number. We may withdraw offers that are abused.

7. Shipping and support

Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy. For any issue with an order, see Support & Claims.

8. Food-contact and edible items

Products meant to contact or decorate food are sold for that purpose as described on the product page. Please read the product information and storage instructions. Check ingredients and allergens on edible items before use.

9. Intellectual property

The Site's text, images, logo and design belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them commercially without written permission.

10. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the Site: no attempts to disrupt it, scrape it at scale, probe it for vulnerabilities, or use it for unlawful purposes.

11. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at our registered location in India have jurisdiction, without affecting any consumer forum you may approach under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms; the version on this page at the time you order applies to that order.
