Where we deliver

We deliver across India to any PIN code served by our courier partners. Enter your PIN code at checkout to confirm and see the exact delivery charge.

Delivery time

Delivery time depends on your location and our courier partners, and can be affected by remote areas, weather, strikes and festive-season volumes. We do not guarantee a delivery date.

Delivery charges

• Free delivery on orders of ₹1,499 or more.
• Below that, the charge depends on the weight of your order and your PIN code, starting from ₹49. The exact amount is shown at checkout before you pay — there are no hidden charges.

Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you can follow it under My Orders.

Delivery attempts and undelivered parcels

Please make sure your phone number and address are correct and reachable. Parcels returned to us because of an incorrect address or refusal may be charged again for re-shipment.

Damaged parcels

Please record a video while opening your parcel. If anything is damaged or not as expected, email us the parcel opening video with your order number — see our Support & Claims page.
